Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic Commission-Based Sales Representatives to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, cultivating relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new leads to expand the customer base.

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

- Provide regular feedback to the management team to improve sales strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.

- Valid driver's license and own transportation.(bonus)
